You may return any unused product in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Customized items (custom footpocket sizing, custom flex specifications) are non-refundable unless defective.
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund. Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear from use.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Funds are returned to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Email returns@abysscarbon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization within 24 hours.
International orders may be subject to customs duties. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. We do not mark items as "gifts" to avoid customs fees — this practice is illegal in most jurisdictions.
